why bug out with big bug eyed glasses?

Here’s one trend that I can’t seem to embrace. Big bug eyed glasses. I’m not sure the point.. do they block more sun than just regular sunglasses? Is the purpose to hide most of your face? Well I think I’ve made my point above with the picture of Nicole Richie. She looks ridiculous and it looks like she’s either dressing up as a bug for or just wants to draw attention to her ugly glasses. Designer or not, this is a stupid trend. Agree? or not?

there is a limit to how big something can be. i think it’s a lot better than the tiny sunglasses that were popular in the early 90’s. i’d have to say the perfect ones are the ons worn in cruel intentions by sarah michelle gellar. inspired by audry hepburn in breakfast at tiffanies.
