I work for Urbn and thought I’d share this not-so-top-secret with you…we are opening our very first Brooklyn store March 13, 2008. It’ll be at 164 Atlantic Avenue.

I really liked the Victoria’s Secret dresses–they are the kind of classics that won’t go out of style.
I wanted to tell you that there was an error in something you wrote:
“I lieu of the amazing weather this past weekend …”
The expression “in lieu of” means “in place of” or “instead of.”
English is such a great tool of expression. We might as well use it correctly, eh?

Check out Threadbanger.com. They feature weekly videos with tons of idea on how to make you own clothes by using stuff you already have. It’s a great way to upcycle and most of the projects are fairly simple.
