warm your hands with these.

December 28, 2006

gloves2.jpg

They call them fingerless gloves, I called them handwarmers, but call them whatever you want because they are rad. I liked the colors and the feel of this material. Plus they are very handy (no pun intended) for the cold weather.. and even warm weather.. so i guess my point is you can wear them year round!!!!

urban outfitters, burbank.

uoburbank2.JPG

This is the Urban Outfitters in Burbank. It’s relatively new and its really big. Its 2 stories with the first story dedicated to women’s apparel! I really like this store… maybe even better that 3rd Street Promenade….. here’s another pic:burbank2.JPG

Kinda looks like a warehouse huh…. pure choas.

My Ruby Red Slippers.

So I clicked my heels and wished for a new pair of shoes (and to be home) and guess what??!!? I got both! I’m home, and I got these awesome shoes!!! (Thanks to my brother and a great christmas present, I am happy!!!)

plates, plates and more plates!

December 27, 2006

plates.JPG

I took a pic of these plates because they are so stylish and the designs are so intricate and delicate. (These aren’t on the website, but these plates are similar). They make perfect entertaining plates or dessert plates. And they all have the same color theme so you can feel free to mix and match for a crazy collection!

URBAN OUTFITTERS – Studio City

December 27, 2006

uostudiocity.JPG

I went to the Urban Outfitters in Studio City in hopes to find some new merch that I wasn’t featured on the website. Overall, this Urban Outfitters isn’t the BEST one out here in California, but its not too bad. Its pretty small and this may be because its only a few months old. Regardless, I’m glad they put one of these stores in the Valley for all us valley girls!

MERRRRRRRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

December 25, 2006

I hope everyone has a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! (And gets a ton of stuff from Urban Outfitters and other various cool stores!)

le fondue!

December 23, 2006

fondue.jpg

I went to a fondue restaurant for the first time last night. Until then, I’d made up the definition of fondue = to dip everything in cheese, until I realized that you can dip in chocolate, oil, broth, etc. Anyway, my point (and I always have a point) is that everyone should own a fondue pot like this one and try it at least a few times in their life. Point made.

Coolest posters ever. But I’m sorry to say that this one of Sid Vicious is sold out…BUT the good news is that there are other prints you can buy at this website. Support Shepard Fairey and buy some stuff!

Kimono Dress. Yay!

December 22, 2006

kimonodress1.jpg

I love this style because this style is one of few that actually look good on everyone, even if you’re having a bad day. It’s bright. It’s bold. It’s a Kimono dress! Yay!

a tiny bundle of evil.

Some people like black Christmas Trees (I personally like pink trees!). I can appreciate that. That’s why I had to take a picture of this evil little Christmas Tree. Its on sale for only 6 bucks!!!!!

a pretty little top!

shirt2.jpg

I took this picture (you can always tell the pictures I took because of my great photography skills) at 3rd Street Urban Outfitters. This shirt is called Kimchi and blue Embroidered Scallop Edge Blouse. I personally like it with a long sleeve shirt underneath, but you can also wear it solo for a fantastic look!

3rd Street Promenade

December 21, 2006

cimg4845.JPG

3rd Street Promenade has a ton of cool stores, including Urban Outfitters. It’s also a fun place to just hang out, watch the random people perform on the streets and shop for virtually anything!!!

If you live in Southern California, you know what I’m talking about. If you ever visit Southern California, hit up this hot spot!

we like houndstooth.

December 21, 2006

nick.JPG

A couple days ago, I visited the Urban Outfitters on the 3rd Street Promenade with my friend Nick. As you can see, I made him model a few things, including this houndstooth throw and the triple gun vase. After searching the Urban Outfitters website, the houndstooth throw was nowhere to be found, so you gotta pick that up in stores.

Which brings me to my next point – we think houndstooth is the new cool? What do you think?

disclaimer.

December 21, 2006

hello everyone. if you’ve noticed that i haven’t been blogging as much as i used to, its because my internet in california (yes, i’m in california! yay) pretty much $ucks and chooses when it wants to work and when it doesn’t.

Which brings me to my point, sorry for the inconsistent number of blogs. i’ll try to fix that problem soon. thanks for reading! happy holidays!

Let’s play Dominos!

December 18, 2006

I saw these amazingly awesome dominos at Z Gallerie at Fashion Island. I tell you, that place has some pretty cool things. Now even if you don’t like rhinestones, how can you not like these? Its not only fun to play with but even more fun to look at!!!

Anthropologie @ Fashion Island!

December 18, 2006

Yesterday, I was walking through Fashion Island in Newport Beach. I walked into Anthropologie and saw this dress, called the Gypsophilia Dress. Its elegant and can be casual or dressy. I think its a dress you could wear to virtually anything, not to mention a great dress for the holidays!

As seen on Celebrities.

primpthermal.gifprimp-paris-rachel.jpg

These Primp Thermals (as seen on Rachel Bilson and Paris Hilton) are cute. And we know that because we know Paris Hilton would never wear something that’s not cute… right? Ok, but seriously… thermals are the best because they are comfortable and these ones have little rhinestones, which make is so much better!

the new lady in red!

December 18, 2006

mandarindress.jpg

The dress has some serious style. The buttons at the neck and the stripes along the sleeves and trim of the dress make alone it uniquely different from anything else I’ve seen. Also comes in black, if the red it too bright for you, though personally, I love the red!

i want this shirt.

Yes, I really want this shirt. It’s cool. I like it a lot. Someone get it for me please? Thanks.

Cashmere is always in style.

I think the reason I like this cashmere cardigan is because its kinda all over the place at once, while still being put together, haha. I can’t help but want to put this on and lounge around the house in it (though I don’t think my wallet would allow me to do so). Its available at Anthropologie. And yes, its all that its cracked up to be.
